Please note that we always offer you the chance to book onto the next term first. You will automatically be added to the following term. It is your responsibility to let us know if you no longer require your space.

Payment to secure your space is required at least 1 week before the start of your lessons. If payment is not made we reserve the right to cancel the space and pass this onto those waiting to join us. Once cancelled we may not be able to add you back to your chosen class.

If you have been added via a waiting list space you are required to make payment before your first class. If payment is not made by the start of the lesson the space will be passed to those waiting and you will lose the space.

Please note that the system is automated. To secure your space payment is required. If payment is not made before the above time frames the system will automatically remove you from your class.

If you no longer require your space please contact us or hit the reject space button on your booking confirmation.

These are parent and child classes and each child will require an adult to accompany them in the water. 1 Parent per child in the water at a time at HQ.

A NEOPRENE NAPPY AND SWIM NAPPY COMBO IS REQUIRED FOR CHILDREN WHO ARE NOT POTTY TRAINED TO ENTER THE POOL.

Pool Rules

 Please arrive in plenty of time to change your little one so that you are ready to enter the pool at your chosen time. We would suggest around 10 minutes before your lesson. We do not have space for prams inside the changing area but there is space in the corridor for these.

When changing at Hq please use tubs provided to store your belongings and place them under the bench fto create space for the next customers entering the changing rooms.

Please be aware that when your lesson ends there will be children ready to enter the pool for the next lesson to commence.

You must not allow any child, including siblings to walk/play around the perimeter of the pool or facilities.

 Must not approach poolside unless asked to do so by your child's instructor.

All children (if not toilet trained) must wear a swim nappy and a reusable neoprene nappy over the top.

General Rules

 No Running.

Children with contagious illness must refrain from swimming (i.e. measles, chicken pox, conjunctivitis)

Children must be supervised at all times

No eating or drinking in the changing rooms or poolside

Pool closures happen on rare occasions, making it necessary to cancel lessons. Any cancellations due to power failure, adverse weather these will not be refunded as they are out of our control. If we have to cancel we will add Dates to the term or may choose to discount the upcoming term. If a venue deemed unsafe or if it is removed with or without our consent, we will offer credit. Please note WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ONLY CREDIT.

Holidays

 If you wish to take a holiday during the term, you will still be charged for the full term. You will of course then retain your space for that term.

 Refunds/Credits are not given if your child refuses to get in the water or you change your mind.

Refunds/Credits are not given if pool is closed/not accessible due to adverse weather conditions, Snow or Covid 19. We only offer credit to following terms WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR THIS.

Sickness   

 If your little one is sick, has a heavy cold, sinusitis or ear infection, they are requested not to swim. Refunds or credits are not given for sickness.

We do understand that children are poorly and will try to offer a catch up for you. Please note that a catch up is not GUARENTEED. We will try our best to find a suitable space for a catch up, This may mean that this is at another venue. Catch ups are subject to availability and MUST be taken within the same term and can NOT be moved to following terms.

Photos

We will be taking photos at the pools to help advertise our sessions. If you would like for you and your child NOT to be used, please let us know at the time. At this point whilst the photo is being taken, we would ask you to remain out of shot. If this is not suitable for you, please do not continue with this booking. Refunds will not be issued. Photos are a huge help to us in gaining more customers through advertising.
