Booking and Payment

  1. You will have the opportunity to book onto the next term first. Unless notified, you will automatically be added to the following term. It is your responsibility to inform us if you no longer require your space.
  2. Payment to secure your space must be made at least 1 week prior to the start of your lessons. Failure to make payment may result in your space being canceled and offered to those on the waiting list. Once canceled, we may not be able to reinstate your spot.
  3. For waiting list allocations, payment is required before the first class. If payment is not received by the lesson’s start, the space will be reassigned.
  4. The booking system is automated. Payments not received within the specified time frames will result in automatic removal from your class.
  5. If you wish to cancel your space, please notify us directly or use the “reject space” option in your booking confirmation.

Class Guidelines

  1. Parent and child classes require one adult per child in the water.
  2. Children who are not potty trained must wear a swim nappy and a reusable neoprene nappy over the top to enter the pool.
  3. Arrive at least 10 minutes before your lesson to allow time for changing. Please be punctual to avoid delays.

Changing Room and Pool Rules

  1. Use the provided tubs to store belongings and keep benches clear for other customers. Tubs should be placed under the benches.
  2. Prams are not allowed in the changing area; designated space is available in the corridor.
  3. Exit the changing rooms promptly after your lesson to make space for the next group.
  4. Do not allow children, including siblings, to walk or play around the pool or facilities unsupervised.
  5. Do not approach the poolside unless instructed by the teacher.

Health and Safety

  1. No running within the facilities.
  2. Children with contagious illnesses (e.g., measles, chicken pox, conjunctivitis) must refrain from swimming until fully recovered.
  3. Refunds or credits will not be issued for sickness or missed lessons due to illness. However, we will attempt to arrange a catch-up class where possible, subject to availability and within the same term. Catch-ups are not guaranteed and may require attendance at a different venue.
  4. Eating or drinking is not permitted in the changing rooms or pool area.

Refunds and Cancellations

  1. Refunds or credits will not be issued for:
  • Refusal of a child to enter the water.
  • Holidays taken during the term.
  • Adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control (e.g., snow, COVID-19 closures).
  1. In the event of a pool closure due to unforeseen circumstances, we may:
  • Add additional dates to the term.
  • Provide a credit toward the next term.
  • Offer a discount for the upcoming term.
  1. No refunds will be given; credits will only be issued as outlined above.

Photos and Media

  1. Photos may be taken during sessions for advertising purposes. If you do not wish for you or your child to appear in promotional materials, you must inform us at the time of booking.
  2. If opting out, please ensure you and your child remain out of shot when photos are taken.
  3. Refunds will not be issued for opting out of photo participation.

Other Policies

  1. Pool closures due to power failure, unsafe conditions, or venue issues will not result in refunds. Credits may be applied at our discretion.
  2. We strive to accommodate catch-up classes for missed sessions; however, these are not guaranteed and must be taken within the same term.
  3. All rules and guidelines are in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.
